What I collect
Only what you type into the Book a call form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, where you are with Medicare, and whether you agreed to be contacted. The Birthday Experiment runs in your browser, and I don't save the birthday you enter.
How I use it
To call, text, or email you about your Medicare options, which is the thing you asked for. If you decide to enroll in a plan, I share the information needed with that insurance company to complete your application.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information. I don't share it with other agents, lead companies, or marketers.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and in the customer management system I use for my work.
Texts and calls
You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP, or tell me on the phone to stop calling. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by calling (916) 633-5464. I'll do it unless I'm required by law or my carrier contracts to keep it.
